Judgment.
It's something everyone deals with. Every day. For every decision. And there's no denying that.
It can be from various topics such as, "We find the defendant...guilty!" to things simple as, "Do these shoes match my shirt?"
It's all in perspective, and that makes it that much harder.
Your favorite song -- Someone hates it somewhere.
Your favorite childhood toy? -- Someone is burning it and maiming probably in the same city, at least.
So your friend disagrees with you on something you did that day, are they really a friend or are they faking it?
Perspective. It can kill and maim, it can praise and worship.
I judge every day. Just like you do.
Every time you think, it's a judgment.
I am never pleased with Kirk Maltby's performance. All his fans must surely hate me.
Just like I extremely dislike everyone that tells me Mathieu Schneider is trash and worthless and can't play. Well....are you in the NHL? Yeah, I thought so. Have you become the most successful Jewish hockey player? And possibly the second best American defensemen of the time? Then how do you have experience to explain?
So, don't base everything off of one idea.
Judgment is also like cooking, if you let all the ideas settle, you can have a tasty cake sitting in front of you, or an experiment gone wrong.
Now I'm just rambling....
Check out this poem I wrote for my story? Hmm I have some typos I need to fix in that...

I PRAISE TO THEE! :)
Holy hockey sticks!....LITERALLY! I believe I just got free tickets to Sunday's Red Wings game. Oh I wish, I hope! :) Valtteri is supposed to be back by then (cross your fingers! My favorite players tend to be hurt when I go to games ): ) ANNNNND. They're playing the Nashville Predators! :) MY THIRD FAVORITE TEAM! Because they have Vernon Fiddler, duh.
I have to upload my Philadelphia pictures now so I'll have memory cards to take to the game.
The game that I'M going to! ME! :) Oh me, oh my! I still can't believe it.
I NEED TO MAKE A SIGN D:

Valtteri is making his debut back tonight after being out with a leg injury the last 2-3 games. :D BUT GUESS WHAT!
I found out where our Red Wings tickets were at! We have section 107 row 15. Which is like.....right on center ice! :) AND VALTTERI TAKES FACEOFFS! Do you know what this means? D: IT MEANS....wow, I don't know how I am going to make it through the game :)
Section 107
Click that! It shows our section. Ohmygoodygod'sgumdrops! :) I am so excited! (Since we are row 15, we'll be high up, but they're still great seats!)
You can click and drag to see the view. Oh my, it's amazing <|3

Lmao. Funny video. Click here. But that's not the point of my post. I thought I'd tell you more about myself.
Mon Autobiographie
I took my first breath by myself on January twenty-first, inside Riverside hospital. The year will remain confidential. When I find something I like, I heavily obsess about it. I don't know why, it's just my nature. My favorite musicians are Aubrey Haynie, Mobile, Vladimir Visotsky, the Del McCoury band, David Peterson & 1946 and Nickel Creek. I have varying tastes in music, but listen mostly to bluegrass, instrumentals, folk, movie soundtracks and classical. My favorite actor is Shane Taylor. A year ago today (2007/1/4) was the best day of my life, or at least tied for it. I absolutely love Valtteri Filppula as much as obsession allows it. I also closely follow Pavel Datsyuk, Dominik Hasek and Mathieu Schneider. As news becomes hard to find, I seem to neglect some of my fandoms. Recently, my obsessions of Mathieu Schneider and Shane Taylor have slowed, but that is because they are either on the other side of the continent or living in a different country altogether. My favorite anime is Hamtaro because the characters are just so cute! I love all things Russian, Canadian and Finnish. I also favour things coming from England and France. My favourite authors are Ayn Rand and Leo Tolstoy, but being the avid reader I am, those are very likely to change. I love my violin, mandolin, Red Wings jerseys & items, books, computer, friends and Shane Taylor's autograph to death. My best friend in the universe is Ashley. She is an amazing person who never puts anyone down, is sociable and nice and can accept everyone's faults. When I die, I want to be buried in my Valtteri Filppula jersey, with my cherished belongings I keep in an envelope to hide in the world; that way, if the Egyptians are right about the afterlife, I can find my own little slice of heaven.

Title:
The Ticking Heart of Time & Growing Up
Come what may
I’ll laugh at the times we had
Where I laughed so much my heart burst at the seams and my sides ached so bad
I just wanted to scream
We said we’d never let anything happen
But listening to my heart tick, I notice the tock is gone
Winter, spring, and there you go again
On that crazy roller coaster called time
No, I may be more mature
But that’s just not a factor
So we’re a little different
That hasn’t stopped anyone else before
I blamed you for being ashamed of me
And ruining my almost perfect life
Then I laughed it off
Until I realized you had stabbed my ticking heart
As it went off like a bomb
Bitterness came
You left for someone else
Of course, the story always stays the same
Too late to reconcile
I found someone else
She and I have the greatest time
My heart doesn’t need the dynamite to shelter it anymore
And yes, I’ll never forget you
I’ll still love you as my sibling
Even though I am still convinced you pretty much hate me
But there’s no more left to say
The timer is at negative 1
We're out of sync with the sweet melodies of our lives
And the harmonies they once shared
You’re just one tock too late.

Why my fourth of July sucked this year. Now this is nothing new to me, it's been years since we last did something for J4.
The History of my J4's:
Last year we did two or three sparklers in the driveway, which is what we usually do. If we're lucky, we can sometimes see the fireworks people do, or the ones from the Rec. Center behind the turnpike, but they stopped doing those.
This year especially sucked.
As it rains a lot, our basement floods....with sewage. This year, I got the pleasant experience of finding the basement flooded, and getting to tell everyone at four in the morning why we would have to clean the next two days. (Happened yesterday, and cleaning commenced today). I woke up to the happy curses and vents of frustration from my father, who had to clean it up, and my mother, who was woken up by my father's anger. This happened for the next three hours.
Then, my mom worked on J4 this year (she's the one who does sparklers in the driveway with me). She was mad about having to work (she works nightshift) and took it out on everybody.
My brother has not showed his face here since yesterday (after he promised he would fix the internet when he got home today).
Then there's the internet problems. Our internet likes to break....a lot. It kicks you off randomly, then lets you sign on, kicks you off again, etc., etc. This is mainly what I would like to do to cope with the loneliness, but the slipshod internet won't let me.
After my mom left it was peaceful. My dad showed me the Red Wings Stanley Cup Champion shirt he got me (which fits very nicely :D). I got on the computer, and crossed my fingers the connection would stay. My dad and I do not communicate through this time period. One of my best friends, Danielle, showed me meez.com to keep my boredom at bay, which I was occupied with until the internet crashed.
Then, my dad tells me he's going to the local bar, where he was at yesterday. My lonliness accelerates higher. I get to spend J4 with my house. I feel as useful as the stuff we threw out that was damaged in our basement. I cope by going on the slow, unpredictable internet. It holds me over until it goes out completely.
Fourth of July....I can hear the fireworks burst outside, but can see none for my eyesight is not that of a superhero's. I think of the last time this happened to me, which was oh....that's right, New Year's. =/
The one person I would like to speak to is out with his family, which completely blows my fun away. I sit down to write a list on why I don't like America, so I can reference it when people say 'Y do u lyke canaduhhhh sooo much?' .
I get bored and feel my tummy rumbling. I go downstairs for food, and my dad is passed out on the couch. I can't find the food colouring, so no J4 ice cream like I made last year. Instead I make a salad out of cheese, croutons, and the rest of the iceberg lettuce we had. I finish my salad, and as I put things away I notice we actually had salad, someone didn't put it in the right place. I sighed and put the salad in it's rightful spot, and turn to eat my pathetic, dressed-up lettuce. I see white, blue and red lights dancing on our pool's surface. 'FIREWORKS!' instantaneously goes into my mind. I look up to the turnpike, instead, to see a cop car, stopping someone. Probably for drinking. At least someone else is having as much fun as I am right now. I looked up a minute later and they were already gone.
My internet kicked off again, so right now I sit here making a memoir on my brother's computer, hoping he won't come home.
It's nights like these when I feel I am the only one...

I'll be gone from Thursday to Sunday evening. ):
You may be wondering why! Well, I'll be camping in Kentucky and participating in the Kentucky State Fiddle Contest :D
I'll be meeting Daniel Carwile (one of the best fiddlers ever)! He may even play accompaniment for me! <3
:o
OH!
Sunday is Pavel Datsyuk's birthday. Celebrate for me :) (seeing as I can't, really)
I LOVE YOU GUYS :D

Oh my gosh. So, I got some songs of a bunch of indie bands and wow....they're amazing <3
But...I am even more in love with the band 'Lovedrug' now! :) They are amazing <3
I found them a few months ago while searching for Mobile stuff. And...wow. They are just, too good for words in my opinion. <3
Check em out!

Michael Phelps looks funny.
Really funny. XD
He has like....tiny ears.
And his chest is triangle shaped! (I'm sorry if you guys love him)
I am depressed though, the Russians & Canadians aren't doing too well =/
And where in hell are the Finnish? I haven't seen them since the opening ceremonies!
Who do you want to win the olympics? :o

Mobile finally got a video for their new single, 'The Killer'.
Not my favourite song, but still very good :)
Not the video off of their youtube channel, but they had embedding disabled. So here's the original link:

Cause I know how he is one of my favourite people ever, BUT...Valtteri Filppula looks like one of the fake-tanned, bleached hair guys. I could understand the hair, they are big on light hair over there....but I just found this one picture of him and it's almost....scary T_T
Your thoughts?
It's bigger than I thought, so click this :)
AND LMAO @ THIS XD

So, people said journals were for encounterings during the day, so ready or not, here I come...
Today kinda sucked.Royally.
First, I woke up late. 20 minutes before I had to leave for school. FUN! Thank God my mom was home, I was having the most wonderful dream and I bet your bottom dollar I would've slept till eleven had she not burst in, disrupting my merriment.
I said a few things I wish I wouldn't have, nothing major, but still.
My brother just burst in, 'We gotta start shutting the garage because Lisa's (the neighbour's who live across the streets daughter) car got stolen at 6:30 AM."
ODD! There are TONS of people up at that time on my street.
Had I been up on time, maybe I would've noticed as I went downstairs. But nooooo, I woke up ten minutes after it had already happened.
My violin teacher believed some stupid guy who's our rival at fiddle contests over the stupidest matter EVER and then got mad at me. ME. I didn't even do anything! I told her that too, and I got the stupidest lecture ever on 'Blahblahblah, you don't want to turn out like TraitorFace'. YEAH, well, I didn't fucking do it so uhm, WHY AM I LISTENING TO THIS!?!?!
I got put in a stupid group in Health class where we have to do a skit tomorrow.

that class.
HORRIBLE.
Today...SUCKED.
a;lksdfa;jlkdsjf;alkdsj;kal;dsfj; stupid anger =/
ed;;
A lot of cars have been broken into before on my street, but it died down awhile ago. Someone also stole my brother's BMX bike right out of our garage when I was in like...second grade.
And houses in the area have had their copper wiring stripped.
No, I'm not trying to tell you my town is horrible, but just so you understand :)

I'm so tired. I've had a sore throat all day. I think I'm getting sick, and so does my mother. REAL FREAKING COOL? :)
I thought it was just allergies this morning, but the allergy medicine isn't working anymore.
MINUSES of missing school:
-No Friends
-Missing a project day in health class
-Get two extra days on my essay
-Means I'm really sick.
PLUSES of missing school:
-Sleep
-No stupid health project :)
-Sleep
-No friends
-Not dealing with boring classes
-Sleep
-Time to read
-Maybe draw?
-INTERNETS! (time used for Red Wings research)
-Sleep :)
-Being able to skip the stupid pep assembly scheduled for tomorrow
-Not having to listen about homecoming from everyone
Hmm...decisions, decisions.

edito!; IT'S OFFICIAL, I JUST ORDERED MOBILE'S NEW CD <3
Watch me go in time that's slow. <3
OHMYGOD. Mobile. is. the. nicest. band. I. have. ever. known. ♥
I've had my tribute profile of them up for awhile, and it makes me happy to see they actually care :D I know it's just cause they want merchandise of theirs sold, but they have talked to me about the Wings and Habs and the rumor about Mathieu Schneider and Patrick Roy's wife and other things. :)
Proof.
Circle 1 = You know it's from them
Circle 2 = What they said <3
Circle 3 = Valtteri Filppula was online the same time I was :)
Click here to see the layout I made for them <3 Which you probably won't care about.
And Criq made a good Hockey Night in Canada song, so keep your fingers crossed that he wins? :)
And the other day my English teacher handed back our essays and that I had one of the best <3
This week is just a lifter upper.♥
